Appointed positions open up regularly and are filled by the Board of Selectmen who receive recommendations from the RTC and DTC.  Elective positions normally begin with nomination by the two political parties.  The RTC works with both registered Republicans and Unaffiliated voters to find the candidate who will best serve Madison's interests.

See the lists (above) of the Boards and Commissions in Madison and also which ones have current or upcoming openings.  Madison residents interested in any of these positions or in more information on serving should contact an RTC member (see member list) or email us at Contact@MadisonRepublicans.org.  Your town thanks you!

Town government in Madison is truly "by the people." While paid employees staff Town Hall, the Police, and the Schools, most elected and appointed positions on Town Boards and Commissions are volunteer posts.  We invite you to volunteer!
